so what's new? we went to kelowna and didn't do as well as we could've, didn't help that we were 2 paddlers down the final day, but somehow we medalled. great weekend, but the true competitive highlight of the weekend was fooseball.


...in the end, team china (with their left defence ball hogging) could not handle the mudslide that was team chocolate-face.


some of you might be thinking that it was just a game, but it truly got intense (as you can tell by john's armpit).
